The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be passionate about all things digital and will be responsible for the trading of 7 global sites.  You’ll be expected to deliver online revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative and strategic digital marketing initiatives and ongoing website optimisation. Trading & Merchandising
  • Day-to-day management of the ecommerce website including; product and content upload, writing product descriptions, site optimization and merchandising

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in .NET core & Angular (5) - exposure to the modern front end pipeline
  • Containerisation e.g. Docker & Kubernetes
  • Lead the way in technology innovation/abreast of all new edge technologies - full stack tech
  • Heavily involved in the development community. 
  • Great communications skills & strong personality
  • People management/leadership skills - 7 direct reports consisting of front and back end developers and QA's

The purpose of this role is to arrange sponsorships and events for this amazing brand. 
Key responsibilities:

  • Create new partnerships with brands
  • Manage and organise events across Australia 
  • Manage the budgets for events
  • Arrange key events 
  • Seek to raise sponsors for the brand
  • Project manage a website build
  • Partner with different sectors to grow brand awareness 

To be successful you will have:

  • Ability to prioritise, be proactive and have a high attention to detail
  • Passion for footwear
  • Experience in preparing and tracking budgets in relation to events management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally including proof reading
  • Ability to contact, promote and positively influence key stakeholders

Working across multiple applications, you will enhance user experience and user friendliness, using data and insights to drive decision making. 


Essential Skills & Responsibilities: 
  • Demonstrated experience in full stack UX/UI roles, with a customer centric focus in everything that you do 
  • Previous background in retail or eCommerce applications would be highly regarded

  • Solid wireframing and user story writing skills
