As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage and enhance relationships with customers. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to leverage the CRM platform and data analytics tools to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM platform, including customisation, configuration, and data management.
  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Analysing customer data and behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for targeted marketing campaigns and personalised communications.
