About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:
  • Implement and support VM standards across designated stores to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and uphold the overall aesthetics of the showrooms to align with the brand image.

Our client is searching for a creative Design candidate with a flare for women's apparel. It's a creative position, with a focus on elevating the fashion and quality of their inhouse brand. Experience working within a multicategory womenswear design role is required. The company offer hybrid working arrangements however as this is a creative, product-facing role there will be times when 5 days in the office maybe required. Their office boasts onsite parking and is close to public transport links including a train station (2 min walk from the office)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a product which fits to the range plan and in time within the critical path.
  • Build colour palettes, source and develop fabric and trims, direct print concepts for development.
  • Assist in research/development of exciting print designs for Australian/Global markets.
  • Provide ideas to discussions regarding the tone and visual language, Press / Marketing/ambassadors, and support ideas for these external relationships/projects to fuel ideas back to product and design.
  • Support buying team and drive design to source stock fabric to enable the design team to react to in-season trade
