JIVARO are recruiting for a Senior Allocator to join the retail arm of a well-established Not-for-Profit organisation based in Melbourne. 
Reporting directly into the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the allocation of stock to stores and reviewing sales and stock and coordinate the management of the product lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Stock Allocation
  • Analyse sales by store and advise transfers within regions- Reviewing allocations against sales performance and maintain stock levels accordingly.
  • Monitor and act on store stock level issues and concerns 
  • Order tracking- Consol/ Ship date and tracking against events
  • Provide analytical input into ranging discussions 
  • Update the buy plan with allocation/order number
  • Ensure allocations are completed for all featured catalogues
  • Allocate new store stock according to guidelines, and manage their replenishment through the initial selling period
  • Maximise the usage of store stock, analysing imbalances and acting on them 
  • Attend to store stock queries 
  • Give input and receive feedback at weekly meetings

  To be successful: 

  • Previous experience in an Allocations or Merchandising role
  • Apparel or Accessories experience preferred
