To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Sourcing experience with international vendors and factories
  • Experience with international travel to trade fairs, factory visits 
  • Strong commercial awareness, and proven experience at trading a department, reviewing sales/stock, determining key action points in-season and post-seasonal analysis for future department strategy 
  • Experience managing direct reports.

Job Role :

  • A highly organised and passionate recruiter that can bring a high level of drive and energy
  • Experience in writing, phone interviewing, cold calling, networking  on boarding and headhunting skill.
  • Has an eye for scouting talent and is skilled in recruiting candidates before they are on the market or attracting the right fit candidate that is just commencing their search. 
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline.

Key Responsibilities
We are searching for a talented and established designer with experience in a similar role. You will be an integral part of a design and production team working with technical specialists to create leading fashion design and product for the Australian and international market.
  • Create inspiring concepts and stories that incorporate sustainable business practices and support local manufacturers in Australia.
  • Design and develop a product which fits to the range plan and in time within the critical path.
