I'm a Recruitment Consultant at JIVARO, specialising in the Design and Product space. Before moving into this area, I worked across Digital and Marketing recruitment, which gave me a good grounding in the creative, tech-driven world I now recruit within.
What I enjoy most about recruitment is helping people land roles they genuinely love. There's nothing better than catching up with candidates after they've started a new job and hearing how much they are loving it.
On the client side, I like building strong relationships and growing my network across the industry. Understanding teams, culture and what makes a good hire is something I'm genuinely interested in, and I enjoy staying connected with clients as their teams evolve.
Outside of work, I love being social and catching up with friends over a goregous dinner with a glass of red.
