The successful applicant will:
  • Mapping & targeting, all relevant businesses nationally, promoting the portfolio of products and services through a proactive consultative sales pitch.
  • Designing and delivering tailored pitches that incorporate the requirements of prospective clients that also incorporate additional potential product sales opportunities.
  • Serving as the initial primary interface for all products and services, whilst creating increased demand by raising the company’s profile with prospective new clients.
  • Applying expertise in product knowledge as well as full market/competitor awareness in order to provide prospective clients with required information in order to secure new accounts.
  • Liaising with relevant business areas and technical specialists to obtain support and advice in relation to products, services and promotions.
  • Analysing client and market data through the utilisation of applicable systems and databases to develop a targeted approach to initiate contact and secure new business.
  • Identification of new markets and potential clients whilst developing and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline, through from initial contact to closure, accurately forecast and report on accordingly.
  • You will be growing the customer base by winning new accounts within defined growth markets as well as developing existing accounts. 
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure smooth implementation of services.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Ecommerce Analyst reports to the Ecommerce Manager and works cross functionally with the Merchandise Team, Marketing Team, Web Design Team, Marketing Team and IT Team across all brands within the Just Group.

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Planning sales and volume projections by date, reviewing LY activity and understanding critical success factors and building on those.
  • Investigate onsite customer behaviour to identify issues/areas of opportunity to drive conversion and sales.
  • Defining required tagging & tracking parameters for effective measurement
  • Draw on information available via a range of tools, including Google Analytics and our internal data warehouse to provide reporting, analysis and actionable insights.
