Having partnered with JIVARO throughout my HR career, I can genuinely say it is an agency like no other. I have used JIVARO almost since they began, both locally and globally across the retail and food industries, as well as in the fintech space. What truly sets JIVARO apart is the people. Every person you partner with works hard to get to the heart of your needs, taking the time to understand your business, the culture, and what you are trying to achieve. I could not recommend JIVARO highly enough. They are always there, ready to support your business growth, whenever you need them!
Maree Foti (ex David Jones GM HR)
Head of People, Prezzee
Chantelle has a strong understanding of the retail sector and is across many of the key people. I found her energy and enthusiasm infectious, even during a long and protracted C-Suite search.

JIVARO ‘get’ retail. There’s not a single role we need to fill they haven’t had extensive talent search experience with, which means they truly understand the requirements of each position. For kikki.K specifically, they’ve taken the time to really get to know our unique culture. We see in the candidates put forward that alignment of culture has been just as important as the alignment of experience to the role scope. Tracy always takes the time to understand not just the key requirements but the nuances that will ensure the superstar match. JIVARO and kikki.K have had a partnering relationship for approximately 7 years, and we most definitely plan to continue.

JIVARO’s knowledge of the job market, both locally and internationally, combined with the level of personal service, has proved to be invaluable in assisting us with our recruitment needs. Chantelle and her team have a real understanding of our company values and, over the last 15 years, introduced talented candidates with the appropriate level of skills and cultural fit, many of them still with us today. I will not hesitate to place new assignments with the team at JIVARO.

MD Planning & Logistics Director, Strand
