My career has always centred around people, relationships and commercial outcomes. Before moving into recruitment, I built a strong foundation in client service, negotiation and delivering results within competitive, customer-focused environments.
Over the past four years at JIVARO, I’ve specialised in Merchandise Planning and Finance recruitment across the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. During this time, I’ve developed deep market knowledge and built a trusted network of professionals across Australia. Working with growing brands and some of the country’s leading retailers from junior-level roles through to senior leadership has given me a clear understanding of the technical expertise, commercial thinking and leadership capability required at every level.
I’m naturally driven, honest and persistent, and I take pride in building genuine, long-term relationships. I believe the best recruitment outcomes come from truly understanding the individual, the business and what will make them successful together.
